About Beaumont Capital Consultants

Beaumont Capital is a global firm that can help build a bridge between your current ownership structure and a future partnership with private equity investors.

Who We Are

The Beaumont team offers more than 150 combined years of private equity experience in pairing worthy investments with savvy, sophisticated individuals who seek involvement and are interested in backing great ideas with capital. As an intermediary, Beaumont Capital Consultants does not provide funds, but rather brings together those seeking funds with those who have the appetite for investing.

With representation in five strategic financial centers around the world, Beaumont’s executives are available to meet potential partners where they do business. It allows us to be nimble and responsive to the needs of both investors and those seeking investments.

Our Process

Evaluation of Feasibility

Applications are analyzed thoroughly and carefully. Is the project feasible? Does the applicant have the needed experience and initial capital to complete the process? Beaumont Capital considers projects of at least $7 million net value, and expects the individual seeking investment to have available 1% to 5% of the project’s net value. In the evaluation process, we do the necessary background checks to ensure the assets and assumptions are sound. We consult industry experts in the area of the project. We are rigorous in our evaluation so that clients who proceed past this point are well-qualified. As the intermediary between those seeking investment and those providing funds, we make sure there are investors who have the appetite for a particular project before ever proceeding. Because our investors are exposed to a higher risk, it’s important to both us and them that potential investments meet the highest standards and therefore have high potential of success.

Structural Outline and Recommendations

Once the Beaumont team had determined that an investment proposal is viable, there is much work to be done by both the project applicant and our team. On the applicant’s side, we ask for specific details on the preferred structure and type of investment. On our side, we continue to delve deeply into the paperwork and details, asking for profit-loss statements and specifics about the project. This is the point when the structure and investment terms are solidified to everyone’s satisfaction.

Execution

If a project meets our qualifications and is approved by investors, the deal is legally completed at closing. The client is expected to provide 1% to 5% of the net value of the investment at closing. The structure and investment types vary widely, so at this point, there are many different paths the investment can take. But the deal is completed, and there is commencement of the terms as specified.
